The nickel-palladium-gold (Ni/Pd/Au) PCB circuit board is a kind of printed circuit board with special surface treatment. Its surface is covered with an alloy composed of nickel, palladium and gold. This surface treatment method provides excellent soldering performance, good electrical conductivity and outstanding corrosion resistance, and at the same time can effectively prevent the oxidation of copper circuits.
